whoami
You've found Ant. Engineering leader. Systems architect.
20+ years building software and growing teams. Now bringing AI into how companies build.
The rabbit had a scheduling conflict.
01 / THE HUMAN BEHIND THE CURSOR
I'm Anton Kraskov. Ant, for short.
I design systems, grow engineering teams, and stay close to the code. My work spans a loyalty platform with over a million registered users, a nine-country enterprise rollout, and engineering leadership across six countries.
Today, I help teams put AI into everyday engineering: shared knowledge, agent workflows, evaluation, and clear limits on what models can do. I bring the same curiosity to my own products. Occasionally, the brief is simply: this would be fun to build.
Here's what that looks likeFrom code to engineering leadership
A platform built from the beginning
One enterprise rollout in three months
Design, build, and operate
02 / SYSTEMS I'VE SHAPED
Architecture, delivery, security, and team growth. Selected work from the design decision to the rollout.
AI is part of how I build products and lead teams. I build the engineering harness around it: the context, tools, verification, and human review that make AI-assisted work dependable.
At ThoughtFull, I moved engineering to AI-assisted development and built the engineering harness supporting that workflow. I rolled out a company-wide retrieval-augmented knowledge base (RAG), with collaboration and version control through GitHub.
Before building, we define the goal and the metrics that will tell us whether it worked. Then we build an early MVP, get feedback, and make approval decisions sooner, with AI-assisted development supporting the path from idea to implementation.
I cut unnecessary Scrum ceremonies, keeping only the daily standup. The process became lighter, while clear goals, success metrics, and reviews kept the work accountable.
Project history, decisions, research, and past sessions become linked wiki pages with source citations. Engineers and their agents retrieve that knowledge through index and text search, so the next session can build on previous decisions.
In healthcare, a useful answer must respect the sensitivity of the data behind it. Our internal analytics assistant lets clinical and client teams ask questions in plain English, but selects only from analyst-approved database queries.
The tradeoff is deliberate: less freedom to explore, tighter control over access to mental-health data. Clinical AI remains outside production until named human accountability and clinical sign-off are in place.
Faster generation is only part of the work. I built the harness around AI-assisted development so shared context, supporting tools, verification, and review are part of the workflow. The goal is to move quickly from idea to MVP and carry that work into production with confidence in what we ship.
I compare models for each use case, evaluate their outputs, and test the behavior of model-assisted work. In my own products, I also build agent workflows and MCP servers that connect AI tools to real product capabilities.
AI adoption meant changing how the company works: getting ideas into review earlier, making knowledge easier to retrieve, and keeping people accountable for what ships.
INSIDE THE AI HARNESS / SELECT A STAGE
Start with the problem and the metrics that will tell us whether the work helped. A prototype needs a purpose before it needs a prompt.
A view of my approach, rather than an infrastructure diagram.
SCRIPTED DEMO / FICTIONAL DATA
Explore what changes when an assistant selects an approved query or proposes SQL for review.
APPROVED / AGGREGATE ONLY
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM demo_bookings
WHERE month = :month;
Demo result: 128 bookings. No participant records are returned.
No model or database is connected. Examples are scripted. Both designs still need authorization and data-access controls.
The customer is an enterprise. The person trusting the product is an individual.
I lead engineering for a digital mental-health platform, with around 15 people across six countries. My remit covers architecture, delivery, security, budget, and the technical side of enterprise client integrations.
I led ISO 27001 certification and serve as Data Protection Officer. We reduced the AWS bill by 48%. I also built the monitoring and alerting layer, with a named responder for every alert.
I represented ThoughtFull at Datadog Live Malaysia, speaking on AI observability, security, and the changing engineering workflow.
SIMPLIFIED PRODUCT CONTEXT / SELECT A PART
Mobile apps serve the people using the mental-health product. Their privacy is a core engineering responsibility.
I replaced Carsome's legacy lead-management system and built the team responsible for it.
I designed and shipped the new platform with deep CRM integration. I built the Onboarding team from the beginning, then led it alongside a three-person R&D team as AVP of Engineering.
Distributed services, a move from manual deployment to CI/CD, and an incident war-room process. Alongside that, my initiatives included the CARInspect rebuild and AI damage detection with human review.
Several engineers I mentored grew into Engineering Lead roles. The work included developing the people who would lead the next projects.
SIMPLIFIED WORKFLOWS / SELECT A PART
New lead-management system: designed and shipped to replace the legacy platform, with deep CRM integration.
Retail operations across APAC, built from scratch and rolled out in three months.
As CTO, I oversaw delivery of Lenovo's retail channel management platform: a web management portal and four mobile apps covering promoters, dealers, merchandising, and demo-unit activity.
I oversaw more than 15 apps and SaaS platforms, rebuilt the technical department of around 20 people, and led the full product portfolio's migration to Google Cloud, designing the target architecture.
I introduced shared engineering standards, trained team leads, and agreed delivery processes with the PMO. The platform rollout and the department rebuild were both part of my remit.
SIMPLIFIED PRODUCT MAP / SELECT A PART
Four mobile apps covered promoter engagement and commissions, dealer incentives, inventory and displays, and demo-unit activity.
03 / THE LONG GAME
From a national loyalty platform to enterprise products. More responsibility. Same curiosity.

2020 / 2023
Carsome
Built the Onboarding team, then led it alongside R&D. New lead management, distributed services, inspection tooling, and engineers growing into leads.
2016 / 2020
Global Line Network
From building a food-delivery platform solo to leading around 20 people and a portfolio of 15+ products. Full portfolio migration to Google Cloud.
2013 / 2016
Kopilka
Built a coalition loyalty platform from the beginning. POS integrations, receipt-level analytics, fraud detection, and an insurance vertical. Grew the team from two to around ten.
Work across Kazakhstan, Vietnam, and Malaysia. M.Sc. in Computer Science, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. My curiosity started considerably earlier.
04 / INDEPENDENT PRODUCTS + EXPLORATIONS
I design, build, and launch independent products and open-source experiments.
Reality has a hinge.
ONE EFFECT. THREE NATIVE PORTS.OPEN SOURCE / SENSORS + GRAPHICS
A hinge-driven visual effect for MacBooks, Android foldables, and Windows laptops. One shared effect definition, three native renderers, and reference fixtures that check the ports against the same behavior.
Browser sketch above. macOS verified on hardware; Android and Windows builds verified in CI.
BROWSER SKETCH / LIVE PARAMETERS
The native apps use Swift and Metal, Kotlin and AGSL, and C# and Direct3D. A shared effect definition and Python reference generate motion fixtures and golden images that check the ports in CI.
The slider exposes this simplified CSS sketch. It does not run the native motion model or its parity tests.
INDEPENDENT PRODUCT / DESIGN + DEVELOPER TOOLS
A library of prompts for building cinematic websites, with animated previews. I built the product and payments, then an MCP server that makes the catalog available inside AI developer tools.
Play a real website preview from the NightMarquee collection.
ONE PRODUCT / TWO WAYS IN
The public catalog contains titles, previews, and tier information. Premium prompt bodies stay in server-only modules rather than shipping in the browser bundle or npm package.

Bitcoin lending, physical art with digital ownership, and some early Bitcoin pixels.
BITCOIN / LENDING LIFECYCLE
14states in the loan lifecycle
CO-FOUNDER / PROTOCOL + PLATFORM
Bitcoin-native lending with Runes as collateral. I designed and built the lending mechanism, API, dApp, and infrastructure as the sole engineer on the build.
The 14-state loan lifecycle used partially signed Bitcoin transactions (PSBTs) and UTXO escrow. The whitelisted testnet had around 2,000 registered participants.
Reached testnet in 2024. Shelved after testnet as market conditions changed.

THE COLLECTIBLE LEAVES THE SCREEN.
FOUNDER / PRODUCT + COMMUNITY
An early phygital venture: physical art and collectibles paired with digital ownership on Solana. I brought together the software, art, community, and real-world launch.
I led a team of 35 across development, community, business development, and marketing. We ran KL's first offline NFT minting event in September 2022, with Solana Foundation and Phantom Wallet as PR partners.
Built during 2021 to 2023. Minting has ended; the project site remains online.
Visit PixPalOrdinal Cars: 100 pixel cars inscribed in the early days of Ordinals, around inscription numbers 118k to 122k. I built the viewer and marketplace integration tooling, then released a fully on-chain racing game assembled from inscribed assets.
ROBOTICS / IN DEVELOPMENT
I'm developing a software-first approach to robotic exterior cleaning and facility maintenance. The software coordinates the work and records evidence of what was completed.
The architecture covers job planning, coverage tracking, fleet and maintenance logs, and job-evidence reports. The plan starts with services, then fleet operations. Investment in autonomy depends on proving the service business first.
OPEN SOURCE / RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE
Honest Crypto Research Data. Open-source data and research infrastructure for testing trading ideas against costs and out-of-sample results. Including the ideas that failed.
05 / NOT EVERYTHING IS A SYSTEM
Apparently, the urge to take things apart predates the job title.
Modification, tuning, and drag racing. Co-founded the VW Golf Club Kazakhstan. Sometimes the performance problem has an engine.
Electronics, a soldering iron, and the occasional device that was working perfectly before I opened it. Curiosity is a recurring expense.
Travel and people with different perspectives. I've worked in Kazakhstan, Vietnam, and Malaysia, and studied in Ireland. Different places have a way of changing the questions you ask.
06 / NEXT CHAPTER
I'm looking for an engineering leadership role where I can own the architecture, grow the team, and put AI to practical use. Open to opportunities worldwide.
